ONE-TIME USE AGREEMENT

This ONE-TIME USE AGREEMENT made and entered into by and between the Greater Tampa Chamber of Commerce (hereinafter referred to as "GTCC"), located at 401 East Jackson Street, Suite 2100, Tampa, FL 33601-0420 and the company named and located as above (hereinafter referred to as "COMPANY").

GTCC will be providing COMPANY with the specified portion of its membership database, which contains confidential and proprietary information. COMPANY agrees to use this information one time only and solely for the original purpose that GTCC agreed to provide it for. If COMPANY uses this information again; COMPANY agrees to pay GTCC a penalty for each additional use of the information. Penalty to be no less than the original fee. COMPANY agrees not to sell, trade or otherwise disclose the information to any other party. GTCC disclaims all warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, with respect to the information reproduced on the disk. GTCC shall have no liability with respect to any loss of damage directly or indirectly arising out of the use of the disk or any information reproduced on the disk. GTCC shall not be liable for any loss of profit, interruption of business, damage to equipment of data, interruption of operations or any other commercial damage.
