Ogline Design has built and maintained websites for clients including SmithKline Beecham, the University of Pennsylvania, the Greater Tampa Chamber of Commerce, the Rendell Inaugural Committee, and Albright College among many others. Owner/Operator Tim Ogline has been constructing websites since well before the original dotcom boom as well as has taught succeeding generations of front-end web developers at Temple University’s Tyler School of Art and at the Moore College of Art & Design.
Ogline Design constantly monitors technology trends and produces deliverables that align with modern web standards as well as conform to best practices with special consideration to responsive reflow and mobile optimization as well as SEO. User experience is central to our efforts in the development of customer-centric online brand extensions. And most importantly, we’ll leverage usability studies as well as primary and secondary research and metrics to formulate data-informed decisions to create high-performing digital touchpoints and drive conversions.
From the customer journey to the user flow to wireframe and high-fidelity prototype and all the way on to the ultimate build, our mission is make your website work… not just interactions on the screen but also in terms of ROI. If it’s a straight-up HTML5 website, a Bootstrap build, eCommerce shopping cart, or constructed in a CMS (such as Sitecore or lightweight platforms including WordPress, Squarespace, or Moveable Type)… we can and have made it. Let us optimize your brand online in alignment with your unique value proposition.

Ogline Design worked with Albright College’s Accelerated Degree Programs for ten years. (In fact, the Director of the program wrote a recommendation letter for Tim Ogline for admission to MBA program.) Projects for ADP (now the School of Professional Studies) included print viewbooks, HTML email campaigns, and the website that we designed, coded, and maintained.
Iterations of this website had been built initially in the Hannon Hill Cascade Server CMS. We then constructed in HTML and Bootstrap in order to ensure a responsive experience for users, in fact we launched the site just days ahead of Google’s Mobilegeddon. The most recent version of the site was constructed by Ogline Design as we migrated the content into an enterprise version of WordPress.

Ogline Design was commissioned by the Animal Behavior Institute to create a new user interface for their existing website to update the look-and-feel with a modern redesign leveraging contemporary best practices.
The client’s in-house dev team is currently coding the user interface and developing the back-end build in Drupal.
Project Management Institute Leadership Institute Meeting
- Information Architecture
- High-Fidelity Prototypes with content for desktop, tablet, and mobile breakpoints
- Collaborated with Front-End Developer for Bootstrap build
The Leadership Institute Meeting microsite was the first internally responsive website constructed at PMI. There were four separate microsites for LIM events in North America, EMEA, Latin America, and Asia Pacific. Each of the websites would be updated periodically for the pre- and post-event content for users.
The structure and user interface format became the model informing the template for microsites in Sitecore after our original HTML build on the Bootstrap framework.
