Quality Management Program

It is UPSI's policy to maintain an effective Quality Management Program to assure that the quality level of our fabrications, installations and services meets or exceeds the requirements of our clients. We have developed an internal Quality Assurance Manual (QAM) for the management of quality at UPSi office, shops and field sites. It is our objective to control quality at all stages of work. This is accomplished, primarily, through an appropriate level of employee training and responsibility. Our Pharmaceutical Quality Assurance Procedures (PQAP) provide specific work instructions or SOP's and is used in conjunction with the Quality Assurance Manual (QAM). The PQAP covers all aspects of execution and documentation of all work tasks. When required, UPSi PQAP, may be modified to satisfy specific client requirements.

USPI also offers full Quality examination or inspection services for self performed work. These services include weld boroscoping, material inspections, slope verifications, welder certifications and complete systems turnover documentation.
