Shop Spool Fabrication

UPSi maximizes productivity and quality by fully utilizing our shop prefabrication capabilities. We are the only orbital welding specialty contractor in the Caribbean with two fully operational and certified hygienic systems fabrication shops. Our philosophy of applying an "assembly line" approach to spool fabrication has led to High Quality and High Productivity. This in turn has allowed us to maintain a low average cost per orbital weld produced. The overall UPSi shop fabrication advantage that has allowed us to provide our clients with higher quality, increased productivity and reduced project schedule and costs. In addition, our capabilities provide for pre-fabricating and shipping spools all over the world.
